Mary's Diary

Mary's Diary is a work of imagination, it is highly unlikely that Mary would have been able to write and even if she had, no record of an actual diary exists! That said, this is not in essence a work of fiction. It is rooted in the Gospels written by Luke and to a lesser extent, John. It is researched with regards the cultural context of the time and my imagination has been restricted to a thorough Biblical framework. My hope in presenting this 'diary' is that readers will become excited again in the reality of God's love and His tenacity in using ordinary people to demonstrate and be recipients of that love. I hope too that it will inspire many to re-read the gospels and indeed to read scripture with fresh eyes. Above all of course, I want everyone to know Jesus personally, to begin the eternal adventure that is relationship with God.
